Security at Linkd.
Your network is your most valuable GTM asset. We treat it that way. This page summarizes how we protect customer data. If you need detail beyond what's here for vendor review, email security@teamlinkd.com.
Infrastructure
- Hosted on top-tier cloud providers (Google Cloud and AWS) in US regions.
- All traffic served over TLS 1.2+.
- Data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit.
- Network isolation between environments; production secrets stored in a managed secrets vault.
Access controls
- Single sign-on and 2FA for all Linkd staff with production access.
- Least-privilege access; production access logged and reviewed.
- SSO and SAML available for customers on the Get Crazy plan.
Data handling
- Customer data is logically segregated by workspace; teammates only see what your admin shares.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or lead-generation.
- AI features (ICP matching, copy assist) run on enterprise tenants of OpenAI and Anthropic with training opted out.
- Backups are encrypted and tested regularly.
Application security
- Code review required for all production changes.
- Dependencies monitored continuously for known vulnerabilities.
- Annual third-party penetration test.
- Bug bounty: email security@teamlinkd.com for responsible disclosure.
Compliance status
Where we are today.Linkd is not currently SOC 2 certified. We follow the controls and practices listed on this page and are working toward formal certification. We're happy to complete vendor questionnaires and walk through our setup with your security team.
- GDPR and CCPA workflows in place, data export, correction, deletion on request.
- Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available for EU/UK customers.
- Sub-processor list available on request.
Incident response
If we detect a security incident affecting customer data, we'll notify affected workspace admins without undue delay (and within 72 hours for incidents triggering GDPR notification).
Your role
- Use a strong, unique password and enable 2FA.
- Only grant workspace access to teammates who need it.
- Report anything that looks off to security@teamlinkd.com.
